RESPONSIBILITIES:

Among other things, your responsibilities will include: 

• Performing Waxing, Sugaring, Dermaplane, Lash and Brow Tinting and other services on our clients
• Educating our clients on the best homecare regimen for their skin
• Desk work including taking calls, scheduling appointments, client follow-ups, checking clients in, ringing clients up, charting
• Keeping the room you use as well as common areas clean
• Stocking backbar supplies

THE POSITION REQUIRES:

• Indiana Esthetics or Cosmetology License
• Professional Liability Insurance
• Comfort in marketing ones services to rebook clients
• Warm and professional appearance and demeanor
• Positive energy
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Outgoing, go-getter personality
• Good at small talk to make client comfortable 
• Being part of a team that lifts each other up

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

• Have knowledge of waxing on face and body, sugaring of the body, Dermaplane certification, experience with lash and brow tinting
• Have knowledge of pre and post care for hair removal products
• A self-starter who does not require micromanagement
• Comfortable with learning new client management systems
• Basic understanding of technology
• Reliable, responsible, accountable
• Kind, aware of others, and emotionally intelligent
• Passionate about the esthetics industry and learning new skills

This is a part time position with 6 hour shifts, 18-30 hours per week, evening and weekend availability required
