We’re Hiring a Front Desk Professional at BRAZILIANS & BROWS, a locally owned hair removal studio in Terre Haute, IN.

Here at BRAZILIANS & BROWS we are looking for a front desk person with impeccable communication skills who is confident, reliable, has a great attention to detail, and loves working with people. 

BRAZILIANS & BROWS offers waxing, sugaring and laser hair removal services coupled with personalized care so that our clients can be smooth and confident. 

REQUIREMENTS

Among other things, your responsibilities will include

• Checking clients in and out of their services
• Answering phones to book appointments and handle client requests
• Preparing client charts 
• Support our Estheticians (Smooth Operators)
• Customer support via phone, email, text, social channels and in person
• Inventory management and ordering
• Daily KPI inputs
• Taking social media photos/videos

The position requires:

• Impeccable written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Warm and professional appearance and demeanor

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Outgoing, go-getter personality
• Being comfortable talking about Brazilians 

The ideal candidate will: 

• Have at least 1 year of front desk customer service experience
• Trustworthy and confident to work closely with our clients

• Basic understanding of technology

• Passionate about the esthetics personal care industry and learning

ABOUT US

At BRAZILIANS & BROWS, we are a specialty hair removal studio focused on helping clients feel smooth, confident, and comfortable through expert waxing, sugaring, and laser hair removal services in Terre Haute, Indiana.

Founded in 2019 by Amanda, a Licensed Esthetician with years of industry experience, BRAZILIANS & BROWS was built to create something that was missing in the local market: a private, professional space dedicated entirely to hair removal. After years in the spa industry, Amanda saw how much of a difference hair removal could make for clients; less shaving, less irritation, less daily upkeep, and more confidence in everyday life. She also recognized that many clients felt awkward receiving these services in traditional salon or spa settings, which inspired her to create a studio where hair removal feels normal, respected, and specialized.

Today, BRAZILIANS & BROWS has grown into a team of five Estheticians and has expanded to include laser hair reduction alongside waxing and sugaring. Our studio is known for being professional, efficient, thorough, and welcoming. We take pride in creating an experience that feels clean, calm, and comfortable from the moment a client walks in.

The front desk plays an important role in shaping the client experience by helping each guest feel welcomed, informed, and taken care of from first contact to checkout.

Compensation starts at $14/hour during the 90 day probationary period

Compensation after 90 days ranges from $15-$17 based on performance

This is a part time position with 6 hour shifts evenings and weekends.  

Training will be Tuesday - Thursday 9-2 for a couple weeks.

Once training is complete, you’ll be scheduled up to 5 days per week. 

Hours will be set from these available shifts:

Monday–Friday, 2 PM–8 PM

Saturday 9 AM–3 PM

Sunday 9 AM–3 PM
