CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that things come up and life may get in the way of your appointment. As soon as you know you cannot make it, please let us know. 24 hour notice is kindly requested. We can help you modify, reschedule or cancel your appointment. Plus, you could make the day of a client that wants in! Thank you for your respect of our time & understanding!  

 Cancellations/rescheduling must be made no less than 24 hours in advance.   

We reserve the right to charge a fee of up to 50% for any appointment not canceled/rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time and up to 100% for a no show. We also reserve the right to ask for prepayment via credit card to schedule future appointments.
